Go Home Early

When I worked in a big corporation, I often stayed late.

One day, my boss said, “Go home, do not work too late, and we can do it later.” The next day, as soon as he came into the office. The first thing he said to me was, “It is done, right?”

People often say things they think they should say to show off that they are a nice boss. But when they stop thinking and just speak, they show their natural desire.

In fact, that might be a more natural human instinct. This disconnect is one of the reasons why we feel so annoyed and demotivated.

Sometimes people need to know how to work with others. Whether you work in a big company or a small startup, we often meet quite low-quality boss material.

If you’re leading a team, ask yourself honestly: “Why on earth would my team members work hard?”

if you don’t know how to do, just hire an excellent professional.

One caveat here is that you get what you pay for.
